Eduraz DL Plus
Eduraz DL Plus is specially developed for enhancing drilling fluids properties especially to overcome torque and drag challenge in extended reach wells. It also prevent bit balling and increase the rate of penetration. More important this high performance drilling lube is bio-based and ester-based lubricant.
Different to Eduraz DL, it is readily dispersible in any solid-in high brine content fluids. The use of this product does not affect rheology, filtration behaviour nor any other mud properties.
Eduraz DL Plus will form a milky dispersions in the high content brine fluids. This is due to its emulsifying effect that disperse the lubricant in the fluid system evenly. After mixing, if the high brine fluid system is not used immediately and need to be stored for some time, to ensure good dispersion, just keep the agitation at low seed for the good miscibility.
Besides, high brine fluid system, Eduraz DL Plus is also highly recommended for high Calcium Carbonate content fluid system. This is because it avoid greasing out problem along with its same lubricity as Eduraz DL.
